I finally found a flower shop that can literally create ANYTHING!!!! I came to Rachelle’s Flowers with nothing but an inspiration photo and asked if they could make something completely different from the usual rose bouquet. Not only did they bring my vision to life, they exceeded it! The flowers were incredibly fresh, the arrangement was even more beautiful than the inspiration, and every little detail was perfect. What impressed me the most is that they don’t just specialize in roses. They can create elegant floral bouquets, luxury arrangements, event florals, custom designs, whatever you imagine, they can make it happen I’ve ordered from them multiple times because I know I’m always getting the highest quality flowers and amazing customer service. They genuinely care about every order and treat it like it’s their own If you’re looking for the best flower shop in El Paso, this is it. Their creativity, quality, and attention to detail are unmatched. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my flowers. Highly, highly recommend!!!!

I was disappointed with the Cowboys sympathy arrangement I ordered for a funeral. The wreath looked very different from the one advertised. It wasn’t heart-shaped, wasn’t as full, and the blue ribbon shown in the photos was missing. The Cowboys logo was the biggest disappointment. Instead of a professional-looking centerpiece, it appeared to be printed on regular paper, wasn’t laminated, and was cut off, leaving it with a strange uneven border that should have been round. I understand flowers may vary, but for a nearly $400 arrangement, I expected something much closer to what was advertised. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. To make matters worse, the arrangement did not hold up well and began coming apart the very next day.

I ordered a birthday arrangement for one of my great friends. I had such a great experience. The whole staff was so professional from person taking my order being so helpful, delivery driver being so attentive and punctual and manager being very grateful. I will support the flower boutique by just simply sharing my great experience and recommend, i will for sure order again. My friend sent me a picture and was so happy because the flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much! You all are great. Please share with staff 😊

I’ve ordered flowers from a lot of places over the years, and Rachelle’s Flowers Boutique is in a league of its own. The attention to detail, creativity, and quality of the arrangements are absolutely incredible. Every bouquet I’ve received has looked even better in person than I imagined. The roses are always fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged, and it’s obvious that a tremendous amount of care goes into every design. What truly sets this shop apart is the customer service. They take the time to listen, personalize arrangements, and make sure every detail is perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Most recently, they helped create a very special custom arrangement for my daughter’s graduation, and the result exceeded every expectation. The craftsmanship, presentation, and overall beauty of the bouquet left everyone speechless. If you’re looking for flowers that make a lasting impression and service that goes above and beyond, this is the place to go. 1st and last time!!! 😭😭 My order was sold to another person when I arrived. The mom said well yeah that’s a popular ramo just give them 10 more mins to be ready. It felt like they just put it together quickly, poor quality/presentation refer to photos. As you could clearly see the cheap decal is falling off the so called custom ribbon what a joke! The flowers looked almost 😵 dead. It felt shady like they knew they were selling junk. I paid 146.00 😞🥲 for SAMS QUALITY ROSES!!! And dollar TREE RIBON. Keep in mind the dozen at Sam’s are 17.00 😭😭 looked nothing like what the pictures showed on the web site just totally disappointed of the quality of the color the presentation! Over all 1start NOT THE BEST FLOWER SHOP IN EL PASO THATS FOR SURE!!! Just flat roses bunched up. I left that place practically being push out FIGURATIVELY SPEAKING!!! No eye contact no one asked me if everything was okay just rush rush. I was clearly disappointed when I saw my daughter’s flowers 😭 Plz refer to photos. I will never do Business with RACHLES FLOWERS! Definitely will not recommend this place. Angie’s flowers is definitely better 100 percent 💯 The photos from Rachel’s web are so DECEPTIVE, please sho
